The Frisch Art Program’s Mezuzah Project
The 11th Grade Product Design course aims to empower future designers, creators, and innovators with the key skills to plan and create one-of-a-kind products using wood, glass, metal and more. This year, students were introduced to the Mezuzah Mitzvah project at the start of the war, to help support more Jewish people who want to start observing the mitzvah of Mezuzah.
In collaboration with the Chabad of Fort Lee, Frisch will be donating the beautiful, handcrafted Mezuzot created in class to these homes with brand new Klaf‘s inside. Frisch students will be there to meet with the families, discuss the mitzvah of Mezuzah and help hang the Mezuzot with them and celebrate this beautiful Mitzvah with them! Your support enables our students to participate in this incredible experience and to help bring the Frisch crafted Mezuzot with Klaf to more homes throughout Bergen County.
