The Frisch Drama Society treated students, faculty and general audiences to its spring production of Rick Elice’s “Peter and the Starcatcher” on Wednesday, March 14. The play imagines the backstory of beloved Peter Pan characters like Tinkerbell, Wendy’s mother and Peter himself.
The play starred students actors Yehudah Davis, Shifra Dimbert, Josh Feldman, Hannah Finkelshteyn, Rafi Finkelshteyn, Shoshana Fishman, Lily Levine, Molly Lopkins, Margalit Ramirez, Jennifer Reznik and Dylan Speiserand, with Orly Hahn and Kaylie Jacobs as assistant directors; Vered Kaplan as producer, and Jemma Lifschitz, Jamie Katz and Sophie Ostrove as technical assistants.
The play marked the first Frisch production directed by Danny Hoffman (of “Soon By You” web series fame), with longtime Frisch Drama Society Director Rabbi Dr. John Krug as production consultant.
